RealBiz Shorts is a library of short, funny videos that deal with corporate ethics and compliance challenges facing all businesses. I have directed over seventy videos and counting for the library from 2009 to the present.  Produced by The Second City Communications in partnership with Corpedia and brands such as MasterCard, Farmers Insurance, Best Buy, DOW, Baxter, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, Miller Coors, and USS.  The Second City licenses the videos to corporations big and small world wide.  The library even comes in thirteen languages so far!  Let’s just say business is booming and I’m looking forward to continuing to direct and grow the library.

Farmers Insurance wanted to improve the customer service and phone skills of its claims reps and managers, and create a series of videos to compliment their training program.  I’ve been directing videos and creative for them from 2007 to the present.  Throughout the years the videos the videos have been massively successful.  Customer satisfaction and retention has improved and Farmers estimates a $50M Return On Investment for the first video series I had directed for them alone!  The videos have also gone on to win industry awards from the Corporate University Exchange, the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators, and the Gold Hermes Creativity Award.

3M was a great directing opportunity for me because it allowed me to combine what I do so well in both marketing and training.  Above are highlights from the three part webiseries.  3M had two main objectives: Online and social marketing of their line of ESPE dental products to their target audience, and to support their sales staff with mobile device training videos that reinforced key training points.  Both the social media campaign and the sales training campaign were so successful that it generated live show and training appearances of the cast of characters across the country!
